Please read these terms carefully before using UniverseSpigot software.

By accessing, installing, or using the software, you agree to be bound by and comply with them. Your use of the software constitutes your acceptance of all terms, conditions, and policies set forth herein.

Important Disclaimer

UNIVERSESPIGOT SOFTWARE (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us") is a software product that is provided on an "as is" basis and without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not assume any liability for any damages or claims arising from the use of the software, including but not limited to any claims for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Purchase & Access

To purchase the UniverseSpigot software, users must request access by joining our Discord server and creating a ticket with the required information (Store, Website, and Network domain). All customers receive the same file used to access the UniverseSpigot infrastructure, delivered after the transaction is processed.

Redistribution, decompilation, disassembly, tampering, or modification of UniverseSpigot and its services in any way is strictly prohibited.

User Responsibility

By utilizing the services of UniverseSpigot, users assure the accuracy and truthfulness of all information provided to us.

Refund Policy

The purchase of an UniverseSpigot license cannot be refunded. The user is not allowed to self-refund or chargeback.

License Usage & Restrictions

You may not make this product accessible to anyone who does not require access in order to work on the projects that this product is required for. You will be held responsible if the product is shared outside your project. If a receiver of a usage license is not explicitly given permission to redistribute the product or resell their usage license, then the license is non-transferrable, and the receiver maintains full responsibility over all of their downloads. If one of the receiver’s copies enters the hands of a person who does not have a usage license, the receiver is responsible for ensuring that they all obtain a usage license, either through purchasing one themselves or through compensation provided directly from the initial receiver to the product owner. Successfully ensuring that everyone accessing the product receives the right to use it ensures that the initial receiver retains their own usage rights. Anyone the initial receiver provides compensation to the owner for will also receive usage rights.

•You may not relicense this product.
•You may not resell this product.
•You may not claim this product as your own creation.

Data Collection

We may collect certain data to improve our service, prevent piracy, and analyze software metrics. This includes data such as startup flags, activity logs of the license, and IP addresses of servers using the software.

Software Updates

UniverseSpigot software reserves the right to update or modify the software at any time, without prior notice, in order to improve performance, strengthen security, or introduce new features. Any updates that cause downtime will be reverted or fixed with the highest priority, and solutions to prevent such downtimes will be implemented and announced to users.

License Suspension & Termination

We may request additional information, and may terminate or temporarily suspend a user's license if:

•There is reason to believe you are engaged in illegal, fraudulent, or dishonest activities;
•You are advocating for, conducting, or participating in software piracy;
•You are distributing illegal copies of UniverseSpigot software;
•You breach any term of this agreement or any related policy;
•We have reason to believe that your server is used for activities that pose a security risk;
•Or giving us strong reason to believe you do any of the above.

UniverseSpigot is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from modifications, suspensions, or discontinuation of our services.

Technical Support

UniverseSpigot may offer technical support to its customers, but the provision of support is not guaranteed. However, all customers will receive support for bug fixes within UniverseSpigot. We reserve the right to refuse or limit support beyond bug fixes if we suspect that the customer is engaged in activities that violate these terms or pose a detriment to our software or services.

Access Control

UniverseSpigot reserves the right to restrict access from IP addresses to connect to UniverseSpigot infrastructure. We reserve the right to deny access to individuals associated with the cheating/client/leaking community, including those involved in griefing.

Acceptable Use Policy

Users are prohibited from using UniverseSpigot software to defame, harass, or discriminate against others.

Future Features

UniverseSpigot may provide additional features or services in the future, which may be subject to additional fees or terms of service; however, the purchased product itself will not require any additional fees for use.

Users are expected to remain informed about the Terms of Service, which will be updated on this page. Users will be notified on the Discord when the Terms of Service is updated.

The headings and captions used in this agreement are for convenience only and do not limit or affect the interpretation of this agreement. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject of this agreement.
